Security and access.
Confidentiality and access follow whatever terms your engagement requires — named individuals, least access needed, no subcontracting. Not a policy page we wrote once and forgot about: this is what a named engineer actually works under, on every engagement.
Terms we don't just say it once.
Confidentiality, under your NDA
We sign whatever confidentiality terms your engagement requires. Your repository, your data and your decisions stay inside the agreement you set, not a generic one of ours.
Least access needed
We ask for exactly the access a task requires, nothing standing and nothing broader than the work in front of us. You grant it, and you can see what it's used for.
Named individuals, not a pool
The engineer who gets access is the engineer you interviewed and approved. No swapping someone else in without telling you first.
No subcontracting, ever
Work on your codebase is done by Rankbit engineers, full stop. Nothing is passed to a third party you have not met and did not agree to.
A written handover at the end
A fixed-scope engagement ends on delivery with documentation and a clean handover, not a dangling access grant someone forgets to revoke.
Nothing here auto-renews.
Inside your process
- —Your repository, your tracker, your standups, your brand. We work inside your process, not ours.
- —A named engineer, not a pool. You interview him before he starts, and the same person stays on the work.
Hours that work for you
- —A full UK working day, or four hours of real overlap with US Eastern, every working day, for standups, reviews and escalations.
- —We shift our hours. You do not shift yours.
Nothing open-ended
- —One month minimum, two weeks notice after that. Nothing auto-renews.
- —A fixed-scope project ends on delivery, with a written handover, not a standing contract someone has to remember to cancel.
